Neil's Cheese BoardPurveyors of fine cheese Neil practically has cheese running through his veins, his parents also had a cheese stall on Doncaster market, so he has been a part of the market from being a small child. At the age of 18 he was allocated his own stall after being on the waiting list for 6 years, in these days you were told what you could sell and fortunately it was cheese. Andrea joined the business in 1992, she had no knowledge of cheese but with Neil's guidance over the years she has become almost as knowledgeable as him. Over the years selling cheese has changed so much, when Neil first started he mainly used to sell block cheddar, Cheshire, Edam and blue Stilton, Now the shop on Doncaster market has more than 150 cheeses. Mainly concentrating on British Artisan farmhouse cheeses, they also cater for most peoples taste with a selection of continental cheeses and flavoured favourites.
